Single Order Refund

With GateMe, organizers don’t need to process refunds themselves. If a ticket purchase needs to be cancelled and refunded, simply let us know at info@gateme.com. We will confirm with you before starting the refund and then handle the entire process.

Full Event Cancellation

If your entire event is cancelled and all buyers need to be refunded, just inform us via info@gateme.com, and we’ll take care of refunding everyone automatically.

How Refunds Work

Refunds are always returned to the same account or card used for the original payment. Depending on the bank and payment method, it may take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days for the funds to appear.

Fees

GateMe does not charge extra for refunds. However, the original ticketing service fee from the initial purchase is non-refundable.
