  • Optional pre-event payout: Available upon request by writing to info@gateme.com

Proceeds are transferred after deducting our service fee and any ticket refunds.

🧾Managing and Withdrawing Payouts

You can easily keep track of your earnings and request a payout:

  • Your outstanding account balance is visible on your GateMe dashboard.

  • Simply click the “Withdraw” button to initiate a transfer.

  • Alternatively, your balance can also be found under Company → Billing in the GateMe dashboard.

📄 Invoices for accounting

After your event ends, a PDF invoice is automatically generated and shown next to the event on the Billing page — perfect for accounting purposes and expense tracking.

💡 Payouts are based on actual cash inflow, after deducting GateMe’s service fee and any ticket refunds.
