Adding a Seating Plan to Your Event

To include a seating chart in your event setup:

  • Create a Private event with tickets in GateMe

  • Send us your seating layout to info@gateme.com – supported formats include image files, PDFs, spreadsheets (e.g., .xls), or any easy-to-read format.

  • Our team will implement the seating map and notify you when it’s ready to go live.

Once your seating plan is live, you can easily monitor ticket sales directly from the GateMe platform:
